The writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application No.2017/0105/22/020598 dated 19.08.2017 seeking to make sub-division, issue the separate patta to the petitioner in respect of properties in survey Nos.52/1B3, 49/4A, 9/3B2, 9/5B, 46/2C and 7/37 situated at Kayakkadu village, Rajenthirapuram Group,Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.Heard Mr.M.Muniasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the

respondent fairly submitted that the application of the petitioner was received and it was considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.08.2017 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
