PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.91 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 15.05.2024, for the offence under Section 394 of IPC in Crime No.91 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that while the defacto complainant was returning home in a two wheeler, the petitioner is said to have attacked him with Aruval and robbed Rs.13,000/- cash and a cellphone worth Rs.20,000/-. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has accompanied with the other accused.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the property has not been recovered from the petitioners. He further submits that four previous cases are pending as against this petitioner, out of which, one case is similar in nature.
