O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to survey the property of the petitioner at GR Survey No.606/785, in Patta No.1770, Kamudhi, Ramanathapuram District. The petitioner had given a representation on 17.04.2023.
2.It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondents that the patta stands in the name of the grandfather of the petitioner.
3.At any rate, the property stands within the family of the petitioner. Before conducting an enquiry, a direction is issued to the first respondent, to issue notice to the petitioner and also to the legal heirs of the petitioner's grandfather, if there are no objections, to proceed with the enquiry in manner known to law. The said exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
