ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to file the final report in Cr.No.18 of 2023, within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation is almost over and they are awaiting the report from the Social Welfare Officer. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.18 of 2023 and to file the final report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
