2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that already the another accused deposited Rs.4,00,000/- in (*)Crime No.23 of 2021 as directed by this Court in 16337 of 2021. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition No.5 already imposed on the petitioner that to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the defacto complainant by taking D.D., is deleted.
