O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.38 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341 and 323 of IPC.

2.The petitioners are present before me in person. The defacto complainant/Ravi is also present. The defacto complainant is represented by his counsel Mr.B.Ashok Kumar. The defacto complainant is duly identified by his counsel also. The parties have arrived at a compromise. A memo of compromise dated 27.07.2021 has also been filed. Crl.O.P(MD)No.11665 of 2021 have arrived at compromise, no purpose will be served in keeping the prosecution alive. It is also case of case and counter. 3.In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the impugned FIR is quashed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
