The writ petition is disposed without entering into merits of the case, particularly since the relief sought for in the writ petition is against the first respondent to dispose of the review petition in Na.Ka.No.40592/2021/G5 within a reasonable period of time.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that enquiry is under way. 3.A direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose the aforementioned review petition, by following the principles of natural justice and in manner known to law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
