ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is harassing him.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner has been summoned only for enquiry. It appears that the petitioner has bad antecedents. But the petitioner claims that he has now come out of his past activities.

4.Be that as it may, if the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, the second respondent has to issue summons in writing. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioner.

5.With this direction to the second respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
