ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the allegation made in the FIR, the petitioner simply went to the house of the defacto complainant and tried to intervene and compromise the matter. Except that, no specific allegations with regard to the offences mentioned in the FIR are attracted against the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Mahalir Neethimandram, Theni on 30.07.2021. But the same has not been taken on file so far.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court making this petitioner as accused No.3, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum through appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12153 of 2021 proceedings. Since the final report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition as the prayed for by the petitioner and has now become infructuous.
