Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10618 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a doctor in Primary Health Centre, Melur, and he is attending his duty from 07.30 a.m., to 01.30 p.m. and he must be available in duty on every Sunday for the entire day. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7777 of 2022 respondent police for a period of thirty days at 01.30 p.m. excluding Sunday and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
