Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's vehicles were utilized by the respondents for transport of PDS rice items. The petitioners seek enhancement of rents for the vehicles. They had given a representation before the respondents. It appears that the committee constituted by the respondents will have to decide the issue.

3. The respondents are directed to take a call in the matter. The decision shall be taken within a period of six 2/4
