This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to construct the compound wall in Survey No.699/8, which is situated at Goundanpatti Village, Nilakottai, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the property in S.No.699/8 in Patta No.1717 to an extent of 7 cents, which is situated at Goundanpatti Village, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, belongs to the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondents 3 and 4 have tried to encroach the property, against which, the petitioner's father has filed a suit in O.S.No. 124 of 2009 before the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai, Dindigul District and obtained permanent injunction against the respondents 3 and 4. Now, the petitioner have made arrangement to make compound wall in the suit property, which is prevented by the respondent. Due to which, the petitioner had sent a representation to the second representation on 20.06.2022. Since 2/5
no action has been taken, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2022 is under enquiry.
4.Recording the same, this court is constrained to pass a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
