10,75,000/- into the credit of Crime No.11 of 2022 as directed by order dated 27.07.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11232 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10381 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 23.06.2023 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Taluk https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
