ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the complaint to some other agency on the complaint dated 27.06.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused persons are Government School teachers. They had a conversation with their school student. Though that particular audio was spread in social media on 16.06.2022, the respondents did not respond for this issue. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the petitioner sent a representation in this regard, on 27.06.2022,. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that initially, the first respondent forwarded the said complaint to the Inspector of Police, Kulatur and the second respondent is monitoring the case. The offence committed by the accused persons was recorded under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act. Further, he stated that departmental proceedings has also been initiated against the teachers, they were suspended and the 2/4

departmental proceedings are going on.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the complaint dated 27.06.2022, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
