PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 07.08.2017 by giving an opportunity of personal hearing and refuse to issue no objection certificate to the sixth respondent for Retail Pertroleum outlet in S.F.No.1095/A2A2B of Punjai Pugalur South Village, Karur District.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 07.08.2017 by giving an opportunity of personal hearing and refuse to issue no objection certificate to the sixth respondent for Retail Petroleum outlet in S.F.No.1095/A2A2B of Punjai Pugalur South Village, Karur District. 2.Heard Mr.AN.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the second respondent has already issued no objection certificate in favour of the sixth respondent on 28.07.2017 in R.C.No.6140 of 2017. 4.In view of the above submissions, I am of the opinion, no further adjudications is required in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
