ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in S.F.No.243/2, 244/2C and 244/4AB, situated at M.Pudhupatty East Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District and fix the boundary stone and consider the representation dated 27.09.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner's case is that she is having punja lands in S.F.No.243/2, 244/2C and 244/4AB, to an extent of 0.46.0, 0.3.00 and 003.300 hectares respectively and the respondents have also issued patta for the said lands. For surveying the petitioner's land and to fix the boundary stone, the petitioner has paid necessary fee to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent. However, the second respondent has not acceded to the said request of the petitioner to survey the said lands. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation on 27.09.2018 to the respondents. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2018 to measure the property and mark the boundaries, in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
