2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the third respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
