ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 2.The petitioner claims that he is the poojari of the petition mentioned temple. He wants to conduct the annual temple festival. He apprehends interference at the hands of the third respondent. That led to the filing of this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly enclosed the order dated 04.10.2016 made in W.P.(MD)No.19038 of 2016. The said writ petition was filed by one Thiruppathi. The petitioner herein figured as the fifth respondent. The said writ petition was disposed of giving a finding that the question with regard to poojariship has to be decided only by the civil forum and not by the writ Court. Since such a specific finding had already been given, the writ petitioner has to seek his remedy elsewhere. If of course any law and order problem arises, certainly the authorities concerned will act in accordance with law. No interference is called for at this stage. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
