O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection based on his representation dated 11.06.2024. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he has lodged a complaint as against the fourth respondent on 10.08.2023, for which, a criminal case has been registered in the year 2024 in Crime No.190 of 2024. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged another complaint on 09.05.2024 and approached this Court, seeking police protection. Now his grievance is that the fourth respondent has intimidated and compelled him to withdraw the complaint.

3.Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that an enquiry has been conducted based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2024, during the course of enquiry, both the parties have given an undertaking that they will not involve in any offence in future and they will resolve their issue among themselves.
