Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Court (P.C.R.) Madurai to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of his surrender before that court in connection with Crime.No.1756 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd Respondent after hearing the victims under Section 15(a) of the SC/ST Act. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time to obey the earlier conditional order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7857 of 2020, dated 28.07.2020.

2. The petitioner is granted two more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition earlier imposed on the petitioner.

3.With this direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
