ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of 1/3

the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 305(a) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.49 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner join hands with A-1, who is the employee under the defacto complainant, stolen the jewels and various articles worth about Rs.19,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs only) and subsequently converted the same into various movable assets. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police reported that FIR has been registered in this regard and the properties worth about Rs.13 Lakhs have been recovered and the remaining properties worth about Rs.6 Lakhs are yet to be recovered. As per the statement of A-1, the remaining properties are with A-2.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant has also reported that the defacto complainants lodged a complaint only for a sum of Rs.19 Lakhs. Subsequently, it is revealed that a huge value of properties have been found missing and they have also lodged further complaint in this regard. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the 2/3

fact that a part of the properties have to be recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
