No.8673 of 2025 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and already he involved in two similar cases in Crime Nos.179 and 59 of 2024. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and prayed to dismiss this petition. 3.Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
