2. It is always open to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to comply with all the requirements as per the procedure.

3. If the concerned Judicial Magistrate has not taken the complainant filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate to seek the appropriate relief.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
