O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6703 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 11.04.2022, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6703 of 2022, directed the respondent Police therein, to complete the investigation in Crime No.456 of 2020 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation is completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai on 07.07.2022 for offences under sections 147, 323 IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act and also submitted a receipt for filing final report. Hence, the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6703 of 2022 dated 11.04.2022 is complied with.
