To call for the records relating to the Order & Decretal Order dated 19.02.2019 passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District in RCA No.2 of 2018 confirming the Order & Decretal Order dated 18.01.2018 in R.C.O.P.No.25 of 2015 on the file of the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District ) and set aside the same and consequently allow the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.V.N.SIVA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- By the order dated 13.03.2024, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the respondent as cost and the matter was ordered to be posted today for reporting compliance.
