ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1172 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, thereby dismissed the petition seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.On a perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner revealed that there was money transaction between the petitioner and one Muniyasamy, who is the father of Selvam. There was some dispute with regard to the possession of the house belonged to the said Selvam, in which the petitioner is said to have been a tenant. In fact, already the said Selvam filed a complaint. As a counter-blast, the present complaint has been lodged and all the allegations are civil in nature and the petitioner tried to give a criminal colour. Crl.R.C(MD)No.539 of 2021 the petitioner and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. No costs.
