ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the second appeal pending before him within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader, for the first respondent submitted that the second appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of on 14.10.2020 by allowing the said appeal in favour of the petitioner and by directing the third respondent to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner.

W.P(MD).No.14608 of 2020 3.Since the second appeal has already been disposed of, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has now become infructuous. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a time frame may be fixed by this Court to the third respondent to furnish the information as directed by the first respondent. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the third respondent is directed to furnish the information as sought for by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
