ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the representation dated 06.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP.No.29 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the 4th respondent herein appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement to the effect that the marriage is arranged, so, he wants to live a peaceful life. On that basis, he has given an undertaking that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner. So, on the basis of the undertaking given by the 4th respondent herein, the complaint was closed on 17.08.2021.

Since the undertaking given by the 4th respondent is accepted by the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. 4.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms of undertaking given by the 4th respondent herein.
