Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.8702/2023 vide order dt.17.05.2023 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police Station, C1 Sriperumbudhur Police Station, Kanchipuram District instead of appearing before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Sunday and 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJKUMAR P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.

THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8702 of 2023 vide order dated 17.05.2023 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, C1 Sriperumbudhur Police Station, Kanchipuram District instead of appearing before the respondent police twice a week ie., on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 am., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that so far the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.8025 of 2023 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
