Respondents 1& 2/Respondents 1 & 2 Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,Pleased to direct the learned the District Munsif (Rent Court), Ramanathapuram to expedite the proceedings in RLTOP No.2 of 2020 and to dispose the same within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court and to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.15.09.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Ramanathapuram in D.No.100 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022 and this Court made the following order:- As per the order passed by this Court dated 15.09.2021, the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram was directed to dispose of RLTOP No.2 of 2020, within a period two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned District Munsif requested to extend the time limit, because now the case is part heard.

2.Since the matter is part heard, two months time is extended finally for disposing the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
