RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an Order of Modification to modify the condition (ii) made in the Bail Order of the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.10444 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court to the effect that petitioner shall report before the anyone of the Police Station or any Learned Judicial Magistrate Court within Madurai District instead of directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10444 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10444 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m. And 05.00 p.m, until further orders.
