The present petition has been filed to direct the respondents/Police to give police protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2020, a case has been registered in Crime No.546/2020 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 355, 354, 448 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act on 06.10.2020.
