ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.130 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.130 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and her husband. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been undertaken and the 2nd respondent will complete the investigation within a period of 2 months and will file a final report before the concerned Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11571 of 2021 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent as submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned Court, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry by the 2nd respondent. 5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
