Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere in the Civil dispute between the petitioner and 4th and 5th respondents and others and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere in the Civil dispute between the petitioner, fourth and fifth respondents and others and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 19.09.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
