2. The petitioner had carried out certain contractual works for the fifth respondent. The petitioner's grievance is that the bill amount is yet to be settled. The fifth respondent is directed to pay the bill amount within a period of four months. If within four months, the bill amount is paid, it will not carry any interest. If the bill amount is not paid within four months, it will carry interest from the date when the cause of action originally arose. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
