investigation and to file final report in Crime No.54/2021, dated 15.02.2021 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.06.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in the said case was completed and the FIR has been closed as a mistake of fact. But, however, signature of the petitioner was disputed in the RCS notice he was directed to be present before this Court today.

3. Today, the petitioner present before this Court and stated that he has not signed in the RCS notice. Let the fresh report be served upon the petitioner, so that, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
