ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection for measuring his property.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein and hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint through registered post. Based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.77 of 2024 dated 07.05.2024. Further, he submits that if any request is made from the Surveyor, the second respondent is prepared to provide police protection. 3.It is open to the concerned Surveyor to seek police protection, if he/she needs. If any request is received from the Surveyor, the second 2/4
