ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.04.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 306 BNS in Crime No.107 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is working as Accountant in a company godown. He along with other accused taken away 25 numbers of motors 1/3

and gear box, worth about Rs.2,50,000/-. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is only an Accountant and he was not aware of the missing goods and only on suspicion, a false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner. Further, he submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and he is languishing in jail from 15.04.2025. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that properties worth about Rs.2,50,000/- were taken away by the petitioner and only two motors, one gear box and Rs.30,000/- were recovered from this petitioner and remaining properties have not been recovered. Investigation in this case is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that entire properties have not been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
