This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the contemnor/respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD). No.1597 of 2021, dated 02.02.2021.

Prayer in WP(MD). 1597/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in H.S.no.152/2006 dt 8.2.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to close the history sheet based on his representation dt 16.1.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted a notice issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, wherein it has been stated that the representation made by the petitioner has been considered as per the direction issued by this Court and finding that the conduct of the petitioner is not proper, extended the history sheet till 31.12.2021.
