PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.71 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(i) of NDPS Act in Crime No.71 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.02.2022 at about 21.00 hours, on secret information, the respondent police conducted a vehicle checkup at Sendhurai Junction. Whileso the accused persons coming in the car bearing Registration No.TN-57-BF-3861 and on seeing the respondent police, the accused persons attempted to escape, but the respondent police napped the accused persons and found that they were in joint possession of 140kgs of Ganja and the said contraband was seized. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.10058 of 2023 4.This is the third application for bail and the earlier applications for bail were dismissed by this Court on 15.03.2023 and 28.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.3948 and 8387 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of these petitions, hence this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
