RESPONDENT/COMPLAINAT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in CRl.OP (MD)no. 18883 of 2018 dated 24.10.2018 with regard to the condition no. 6(ii) imposed on the petition Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18883 of 2018, dated 24.10.2018 with regard to the Condition No.6(ii) imposed on the petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the respondent police laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and the same was taken as P.R.C.No.62 of 2018.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
24.10.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18883 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, weekly once i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the case is committal. Hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
