Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Provisional Selection list published in the respondent's website on 31.08.2017, in the selection process based on the notification issued by the respondent vide its Advertisement No.117 for the post of Grade II Jail Warder and quash the same and further direct the respondent to regularize the selection list after publishing the written marks of each and every candidate.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Provisional Selection list published in the respondent's website on 31.08.2017, in the selection process based on the notification issued by the respondent vide Advertisement No.117 for the post of Grade II Jail Warder and quash the same and further direct the respondent to regularize the selection list after publishing the written marks of each and every candidate.

2. Heard Mr.M.Gururaj, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.This Court by order dated 30.10.2017 has passed the following order:-

"It is represented by the learned counsel on both sides that in compliance of the earlier order dated 09.10.2017, the copy of the mark sheet of the petitioner has been furnished by the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General further submits that the copy of the said mark sheet would be produced before this Court in support of the contention of the respondent that the marks communicated to the petitioner is the same as indicated in the said mark sheet." 4.In compliance of the order dated 30.10.2017, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced the copy of the mark sheet before this Court after serving the copy of the same to the petitioner, in order to support the contention of the respondent that the marks communicated to the petitioner is the same as indicated in the mark sheet. There is no discrepancy in the mark awarded to the petitioner from what has been communicated to the petitioner 5.In view of the above,. Nothing survives for further consideration in the matter. Recording the same this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
