2.The defato complainant submits that the petitioners have received Rs.72 lakhs on the promise to sell the petrol bunk at S.S.Colony Main Road, Madurai. Thereafter during mediation they promised to return back the amount and some amount has been paid, balance amount is paid on 09.02.2019. On such promise the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the defacto complainant the petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
