ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) The writ petitioner challenges the communication dated 18.08.2017 issued by the third respondent calling upon the petitioner to remove the encroachment in question. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner had earlier moved this Court and the order impugned therein was quashed and the matter was remitted to the file of the third respondent.

3.We therefore direct that the order impugned in this writ petition will be treated as notice. The writ petitioner is given time till 03.11.2017 to submit his explanation. The third respondent shall consider the same and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
