The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No. 1019 of 2021.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent by directing the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1019 of 2021 along with H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2017 filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

Today, this civil revision petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the order passed by this Court on 15.06.2023 in this civil revision petition and that may be corrected.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be the following correction in the order dated 15.06.2023 :- In para - 2, in eighth line, the words '15 months" shall, stand substituted with "6 months" .

Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties.
