This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition No.1 imposed on him by the Sessions Court in Crl.MP. No.1613 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024.
2. This Court is not aware under what circumstances the Sessions Court has imposed the conditions on the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Sessions Court concerned for relaxation or modification.
