Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a writ Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in H.S.No.151/2006 dated 08.02.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to close the history sheet.
