Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue the petitioner's Mark Sheet in the written test and the marks obtained in the Physical Fitness, Physical Efficiency Test in the Selection process of the Common Recruitment for the post of Grade-II Police Constable, Jail Warder and Fireman-Common Recruitment - 2017, Recruitment Code No.1 vide Advertisement No.117 and consequently select and appoint the petitioner in the post of Grade-II Police Constable, Jail Warder and Fireman, if deserving and pass further orders as this Court may deem fit.

The petitioner was a candidate who took part in the recruitment process for the post of Grade-II Police Constable, Jail Warder and Fireman - 2017 conducted by the respondent board. The writ petitioner was not selected. He has therefore filed the present writ petition for directing the respondent to furnish the mark details.

furnished. While according to the respondent, the petitioner scored 65 marks which is below the cut off mark of 67, the writ petitioner would dispute the same. In that event, it is for the petitioner to file a separate petition. Granting such a liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
