RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9505 of 2020, dated 21.09.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9505 of 2020, dated 21.09.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition from 23.09.2020 onwards and that it is a case of 302 IPC. He would further submit that the investigation is still pending.

3.It is seen that the petitioner not even complied with the condition for thirty days and hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
