2. This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.86 of 2023, pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur.

3. By an order dated 09.06.2026, I had called for a report from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, as to how long it would take to dispose of the application in O.S.No.86 of 2023. He has sent a report dated 15.06.2026 stating that the case was posted on 08.07.2026 for the appearance of both parties for an amicable settlement, if any.

4. The District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur, is requested to dispose of O.S.No.86 of 2023, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the event no settlement is arrived at between the parties.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
